The Mixtape will liaise with your wedding venue and will arrive at the venue one hour before our scheduled performance time.

We like to allow four hours for the band & DJ package, split into two hours for the live band set and two hours for the DJ set.

A popular format that works well for the live band is to play the first dance and a first set of around 40 mins, followed by a short break of five minutes before the second set which runs for around an hour and fifteen minutes.

Based on the Weddings we have played, a guideline start time for the entertainment is between 9.30pm and 10pm. The band will play up to midnight at the latest, and the DJ must finish by 2am. (In order to ensure enough time to allow for at least a two hour DJ set the band must hand over to the DJ either before or by midnight, keeping your guests dancing into the early hours!) The Mixtape are delighted to play nationwide and beyond. Additional costs are incurred for longer travel times. These costs are to cover accommodation, fuel, extra expenses and time spent in transit. Deposit *
A deposit of €700 will secure your date. Payment can be made by bank transfer (see bank details below).

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SURNAME AND WEDDING DATE AS A REFERENCE FOR ALL BANK TRANSFERS

In the event of cancellation this deposit is non refundable. However, in the event that The Mixtape secure an equivalent alternative booking for the same date after your cancellation, your deposit will then become refundable, provided the cancellation happens more than six weeks prior to your wedding date.

The Mixtape are a group of musicians dedicated to providing the highest standards of Wedding entertainment. It’s not possible to guarantee individual members, but it is possible to guarantee the same high standard for every member of the group. To ensure the band play to the highest standard at every show, each member has a fully trained understudy who is ready to step in and guarantee the show will go on.

Your booking is not considered final until you receive an email confirming receipt of your deposit.

The balance of payment is due any time up to five working days before your Wedding Day, and is payable by bank transfer.
