A deposit of €800 will secure your date. Payment can be made by bank transfer (see bank details below).

In the event of cancellation this deposit is non refundable. However, in the event that The Mixtape secure an equivalent alternative booking for the same date after your cancellation, your deposit will then become refundable, provided the cancellation happens more than twelve weeks prior to your event date.
Supplying the highest standard of corporate entertainment is extremely important to us. We take this responsibility very seriously. With this in mind we allow for every possible contingency (illness, injury, unavailability) to ensure that we provide couples with the highest standard of musicians at every show.
All of our band members play together regularly. We’re dedicated to working with the very best musicians, and all of our members have attained the high level of skill and experience we demand. Many of our members also play in original bands who tour the UK, Europe, USA and beyond.
Our shows tend to be booked over twelve months in advance, and The Mixtape play private events every weekend. While it’s not possible to guarantee specific individual members, we guarantee exactly the same high standard for every member of the group, and for each and every show we play.
We work hard to ensure that our musicians are trained to the point where each show is absolutely consistent in terms of experience, delivery and quality. Your wedding day (and our reputation!) are too important to us to have it any other way.
Your booking is not considered final until you receive an email confirming receipt of your deposit.
The balance of payment is due any time up to ten working days before your event and is payable by bank transfer.
